Meet Dr. Anthea Berenice, B.Sc. (Hons)
Chiropractor | Webster Certified

Warm, Individualized Care for Families at Every Stage of Life
At every appointment, Dr. Anthea Berenice focuses on supporting health and building genuine connections. A graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, she also holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. From early on, she had a calling to work in health care, especially with children, women, and growing families.
Her path to chiropractic care was both personal and unexpected. While working as a front desk assistant at a local clinic, Dr. Anthea saw first hand how meaningful patient relationships and hands-on care could be. The experience reshaped her direction. As she learned more about chiropractic’s role in supporting women through pregnancy and beyond, she knew she had found her place.
Care for Women, Children, and Everyone
While Dr. Anthea enjoys working with all ages, from active seniors to busy professionals, she has a deep interest in perinatal and paediatric care. She is pursuing advanced training through the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association), including certification in the Webster Technique. Her clinical skills include:
- Diversified and Drop-Piece Adjustments
 - Soft Tissue and Myofascial Release Therapy
 - Cupping

- IASTM
 - Internal Coccyx Mobilization
 - Functional Rehabilitation

Her approach is holistic, gentle, and tailored to meet people where they are, especially in vulnerable seasons of life like postpartum recovery or early childhood development.
Giving Back to the Community With Compassion and Purpose
Dr. Anthea’s passion for helping others extends far beyond the clinic. She has volunteered with the YMCA Youth Leadership Initiative, the Canadian Red Cross, and the Distress Centre of Greater Toronto, where she supported callers facing loneliness, memory issues, and mental health concerns. These experiences continue to shape her patient-first mindset and thoughtful, grounded presence.
Outside the Practice: Finding Joy in the Everyday
When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Anthea enjoys countryside drives, working out, doing crafts, and spending time with friends and family. After years of full-time study, she’s learning to savour the quiet things like going to the market with her mum or relaxing with a good book. Raised in Pakistan and now based in Brampton, she brings both cultural insight and local roots to the practice.
