Graduating from National Institute in 2019, Darren specializes in Swedish massage, sports therapy, and rehabilitation. His skill set includes advanced techniques like myofascial release, active release, trigger point therapy, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. With a strong foundation in sports and martial arts, Darren’s passion for understanding body mechanics and enhancing longevity shines through his work.
